3. Payments and Refunds

  • Course fees and subscription prices are listed on our website and may change with notice
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content
  • Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Student Conduct

You agree to:

  • Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or results
  • Follow community guidelines within any group or forum features

5. Content You Create

  • Any content you create using our teachings remains your intellectual property
  • By submitting content for review or showcasing within the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it for educational and promotional purposes
  • You may request removal of your submitted content at any time

6. Brand Partnerships

UGC University may facilitate introductions between students and brands seeking creators. These connections are provided as a benefit of the platform. We do not guarantee any specific partnerships, income, or results from these introductions.

7. No Guarantees

UGC University provides educational content and resources. We do not guarantee any specific income, followers, views, brand deals, or results. Success depends on individual effort, consistency, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent individual results and are not typical.

8. Limitation of Liability

UGC University is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
